I personally know what’s it like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure about what to do next with complex cases. Because of this, I had really driven parts of me that tried to learn as much as possible about EMDR & IFS therapy for the past 5 years.

Through my journey, I learned the value of having really good clinical consultation, helpful mentors & community. Those experiences helped me discover how much I LOVE supporting other therapists as they build their confidence with EMDR!
