If we haven’t met yet, I’m haley
I’m a highly sensitive human & trauma therapist
I’m an EMDRIA-approved EMDR consultant-in-training & a Certified IFS therapist.
I personally know what’s it like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure about what to do next with complex cases. Because of this, I had really driven parts of me that tried to learn as much as possible about EMDR & IFS therapy for the past 5 years.
Through my journey, I learned the value of having really good clinical consultation, helpful mentors & community. Those experiences helped me discover how much I LOVE supporting other therapists as they build their confidence with EMDR!

I strive to be warm, transparent, and open as a consultant.
I balance structure + flexibility, so you can get the most out of your experience & reduce the overwhelm that can come with mastering EMDR.
I also use IFS therapy as my main framework to conceptualize client experiences and bring that lens to my EMDR approach.
