First, we'll identify what triggers and patterns you notice with your anxiety. We'll also explore your reactions and feelings towards it.
Then, I will guide you through a process with either IFS or EMDR therapy depending on your goals and situation.
I will also provide information about the impact of anxiety on your brain and body. Offering tools to cope with it as needed.

No, I do not take insurance. Payment for therapy can be done with a debit, credit, or HSA/FSA card.
I can also provide you with a superbill (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. Depending on your plan, your insurance may reimburse a portion of the cost of your session (up to 80%). This is handled directly between you and your insurance company.
